1. Quotations and estimates

All prices are estimates, not fixed quotes. Final pricing depends on dimensions, layout, materials, finishes, hardware and installation requirements. We confirm a fixed quotation after consultation, measurement and design sign-off. Images show finish inspiration and are not a promise of a specific specification at a particular price.

Written quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, after which material prices may be revised.

2. Payments

Projects begin on receipt of the agreed deposit as shown on your quotation, with progress payments as the project reaches agreed stages and the balance on handover.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel a project in writing before production begins. Work already completed — design, materials ordered, boards cut — will be invoiced at cost up to the date of cancellation.

Custom-manufactured items cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, as they are made specifically for your space.

4. Refunds

Deposits are refundable, less completed work and ordered materials, if a project is cancelled before production begins.

Defective workmanship reported during the warranty period will be repaired at our cost; refunds are applied only where a repair is not possible.

5. Warranty and workmanship

We warrant our workmanship against defects for a period from handover as stated on your quotation or project agreement. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, water damage, structural movement of the building and third-party alterations or repairs.

6. Deliveries and installation

Installation dates are agreed in advance and may be adjusted where site readiness, building works or third-party trades cause delay. We will always communicate changes as early as we can.

7. Website content

Images on this website are design showcases illustrating our capability and finish levels; they are not representations that identical installations exist or are available. Completed project references are available on request.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. The Consumer Protection Act, 2008 applies to consumers where relevant, in addition to these terms.
